How to search for a specific product?
The Decormat store search engine allows you to enter text queries or use ready-made categories: purpose, themes, collections and recommendations. Additionally, you can always ask our advisors for help by contacting us via chat or email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How to place an order?
It's very simple! When you find the product you want, simply choose the right size and then click ADD TO CART. Afterwards, open the shopping cart, complete the order form and make the payment. In case of any problems, you can always contact us using the chat or call us at +44 2037699611 to request help from one of our consultants.
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order using secure online payment methods – Credit Cards and PayPal. You can find more information in the PAYMENTS tab.
How long does order processing take?
Since our products are made individually for each customer, they are usually sent after a maximum of 6 to 7 working days from the day on which you receive an e-mail about your order being accepted for processing. Of course, we do our best to make this time as short as possible. Courier shipments are delivered on the next working day.
What is the cost of shipping?
The shipping cost is calculated individually and is displayed in the shopping cart when placing an order.
Can I order international shipment?
Of course! We can deliver your shipment to any place you want. Foreign shipments are priced individually. Please contact us at email@example.com.
What should I do if my shipment has arrived damaged?
If you notice any damage to your parcel, you must open it and prepare a shipping damage report with the courier present. Afterwards, send the report to firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture showing the damage. Once we have received your report, we will send you a new, undamaged product.
How to file a complaint?
If you notice that the product you have received is not compliant with the order, e.g. it has the wrong size, frame, material or is incomplete, please inform us about it by sending an e-mail to email@example.com. It is best to include pictures of the defect in the email as well. If your complaint is accepted, we will either send you the correct product or refund your money.
