1. Access data and hosting
You can access our websites without providing your personal data. Each time you call up the website, the server automatically saves only the so-called server logs, which include the name of the file requested, your IP address, the date and time of the call, the amount of data transferred and the Internet service provider submitting the query (access data), as well as the fact that the website was called up.
This data is analysed solely to ensure the proper functioning of the website and improving what we offer. As part of interest assessment, this serves to safeguard our legitimate interest in the proper presentation of our product offer. Access data is deleted within seven days of your visit to the website.
2. Collection and processing of data for contract implementation
3. Transfer of data
Some shippers and payment service providers that work with us are based in non-EU countries. Personal data will only be transferred to these companies if it is necessary for contract fulfilment.

The above consent may be revoked at any time by sending an appropriate message to our contact address provided in the "Our contact details and your rights" section or by sending a message directly to the courier company to the contact address indicated below. Once you have withdrawn your consent, we will delete the data you had provided for this purpose unless you expressly consent to its continued use for other purposes or unless we reserve the right to its continued use in legally permitted cases, of which we inform you in this statement.

5. Integration with Trusted Shops Trustbadge
The Trusted Shops Trustbadge is integrated into our website to display our Trusted Shops Trustmark and present customer reviews and the Trusted Shops product range available to buyers after placing an order.
The above serves to protect our legitimate interest concerning the optimal presentation of our product offer on the market. Trustbadge and the services advertised in this way are offered by Trusted Shops GmbH, Subbelrather Str. 15C, 50823 Cologne, Germany.
If you use Trustbadge, the server automatically saves the so-called server logs, which include such data as your IP address, the date and time of the call, the amount of data transferred and the Internet service provider submitting the query (access data), as well as the fact that Trustbadge was called up. The access data indicated is not subject to analysis and is automatically overwritten within seven days of your visit to the website.

Use of Google (Universal) Analytics for web analytics
Our website uses Google (Universal) Analytics, a web analytics tool by Google Inc. (www.google.com). As part of the analysis and evaluation of interests, the above serves to protect our legitimate interest in the optimal presentation of our product offer. Google (Universal) Analytics uses methods that make it possible to analyse your use of the website – e.g. cookies. Typically, all automatically-collected data on your use of the website is transmitted to and stored on a Google server in the United States. Since our website uses IP anonymisation, your IP address is shortened before being passed on within the EU Member States or in other countries that are party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transferred to a Google server in the United States and shortened there. Anonymised IP addresses provided by user browsers as part of Google Analytics are typically not merged with other Google data.
Google LLC is headquartered in the USA and is EU-US-Privacy Shield certified. The up-to-date certificate is available under this link. Based on an agreement between the U.S. and the European Commission, the latter has concluded that companies with Privacy Shield certification offer an adequate level of data protection.
You can prevent the data on your use of our website collected by cookies (including your IP address) from being recorded and processed by Google by downloading and installing a browser plug-in that can be found under here: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=pl
Alternatively, instead of installing the browser plug-in, you can also click on this link to disable data collection by Google Analytics on our website. An opt-out cookie will then be stored on your terminal device. If you delete cookies from your device, you must click on the link above again.

8. Our contact details and your rights
You have the right to free information about your personal data that is stored with us, as well as the right to rectify, restrict, delete or transfer your data.
If you have any questions regarding the use, blocking, deletion, collection, processing or rectification of your data, as well as to revoke your consent or object to the use of certain data, please contact the data controller: Drukarnia Piga Sp. z o.o., ul. 9. The right to object
Once you have exercised your right of objection, we will not continue to process your personal data unless we can demonstrate that there are compelling legitimate grounds for doing so and that these grounds take precedence over your interests and rights, or if the processing aimed at asserting, exercising or defending legal claims.
The above does not apply when data processing takes place for direct marketing purposes. In such a case, we will not continue to process your personal data for this purpose.
